The Crown chakra is the gateway to the non-visible worlds, the means by which the soul connects with the body prior to birth and exits the body at death. The crown chakra opens to light through submission of the ego and will. This occurs naturally in direct response to spiritual practice, an awakening process requiring effort and discipline, a refinement of the body and the mind.

Pseudo spirituality. Attempts to achieve this goal through short cuts, such as the use of drugs or trance, which may bring about altered states of consciousness but cannot bestow understanding. This is referred to in esoteric texts as ‘storming the gates of heaven’.

When the petals of the chakra are forced open through mental application of ‘spiritual’ techniques there may be expanded awareness but with false perception, with the individual believing themselves to be at a more advanced state than is the case. ‘Like attracts like’ and such a one will attract friends and followers who are themselves unable to discern true spirituality; this is the basis of self serving cults.

SPIRITUAL HIERARCHY

All spiritual beliefs are governed by a Master, teachers and a path, it is for each of us to find the one which is most meaningful to us. To do this we must have respect for spiritual hierarchy, for the Master and for our teachers in the physical world and beyond. The greater the degree of humility, the greater the acceleration on the path.

The student does not administer the teaching but rather accepts the true role of learning and the teacher, in turn, humbly accepts the Master who is eternally respectful of God and all Creation.

POWER AND CORRUPTION

Since power too often corrupts, hierarchies are mistrusted today due to past abuses of influence. The greater the power structure, the greater the vulnerability and today we see the cracks appearing within some of the major religious institutions, as individuals turn away from once cherished ideals. There is no cause to celebrate, for unless individuals are ready and prepared to take personal responsibility for building the new spiritual communities, we will find ourselves lost and without a spiritual compass.

THE AGE OF AQUARIUS

The Aquarian Age represents spiritual freedom and brotherhood, the coming of age for mankind. This has been widely misunderstood by many ‘New Agers’ and interpreted as ‘free love’ and freedom from authority. True freedom is only achieved through love and service to our family, our friends and to our local and international community. This requires spiritual maturity and a desire and a willingness to build new spiritual communities based on the principles of equality and sharing. This is an essential foundation in establishing planetary networks of light to support the new consciousness as the old systems fall away. While it may be easy to see what no longer serves us, it is unwise to tear down the old before the new is in place. Our efforts then should be directed towards joining and strengthening the numerous light networks now in place across the globe. We should do so with discernment.

INVISIBLE WORLDS

Our universe consists of an infinite number of waves of energy and frequencies, visible and invisible. These individual strands move as waves and particles, intertwined as strings which form communication pathways. When a radio or television receiver is tuned to a particular frequency, sound and vision materialize; to perceive the invisible we must attune our apparatus.

CELESTIAL HIERARCHY

According to all religious traditions, the Universe is multi-dimensional, governed by cosmic law overseen by a celestial hierarchy, which includes angels who minister to mankind. The angelic hierarchy serve through specific roles and functions.

Arch Angels reside at etheric retreats corresponding to the terrestrial level. Cosmic light is transmitted as a spectrum, Arch Angels literally arc the ray to the Earth. The Light rays impact upon the subtle energy system of the Earth and on the body of mankind, collectively and individually, metabolized through the corresponding chakras. When we attune our consciousness to these forces we magnetize the frequency through our free will attracting benign influence.
